The On Start tab of the «Project Settings» dialog specify actions you want to do when your application starts.

If you want to run the applications or open the documents before starts your autorun menu specify  the "Run the application or open the documents" section.

If you want to protect your autorun menu specify password protection section.

This settings available for Professional Edition only.
