This property allow the object to do window action.

Action can be one of the following values:

       Move window - object gives a chance to move window(as title window )

       Minimize window - object gives a chance minimize window(as button of the standard window interface)

       Maximize/Restore window - object gives a chance maximize or restoring window(as button of the standard window interface)

       Close window - object gives a chance to close window(as button of the standard window interface)

       Resize window - object gives a chance to resize window(as some part of the standard window interface). Object must be located near of the edge of window. Direction of the change is defined by position of the object.
