If you think you have found a bug in Autoplay Menu Designer, please let us know about it as soon as possible. Thanks to such reports that Autoplay Menu Designer has become so reliable. While sending a bug report, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. The clearer your feedback is, the more likely the author will be able to find the bug and fix it.

 

Note that not all bugs that you may encounter while using Autoplay Menu Designer are faults of the program. There are many bugs in Windows itself as well as in third-party programs and drivers that can cause your computer to generate errors or work unreliably. Unfortunately, if you encounter such bug (external origin), there is usually nothing the author can do to fix it, but we will try to provide you with our suspicions that the problem was not caused by Autoplay Menu Designer.

 

Usually you can fix external bugs by yourself by updating system files and drivers. Go to the "Product Updates for Windows" Web page to see which system files have been fixed and updated by Microsoft:

Please verify, if possible, whether the bug has been fixed in the latest update. Very important: Remember to indicate which program and version number you are using (for example: Autoplay Menu Designer v5.0). Please attach a screenshot of error messages if you feel what is need.
