How-to-create-a-college-photo-album-on-cd

post1-pic1.pngHi folks! Today I'll tell you how to make an impressive college photo album on CD. Well, of course, you can print photos and keep them in the good old album with a leather jacket, but it is so 20th century! These days everything has gone pretty digital, and there are many tools out there that can help you are creative. So, there isn't actually a reason not to give it a try and make your photos into a stylish digital album on a CD disk.

You say it's too hard? Not at all! Just follow me and I am gonna tell you how you can create a professional-looking DVD slideshow that will preserve your memories of campus life, classmates and professors for years to come.

To get everything started, download Autoplay Menu Designer (software to create interactive CD/DVD menu) and install it on your computer. We created this program particularly for this kind of job, so it's good for our project.

Basically, there are three steps to make :

Step 1.

When you run the program, it'll open into a New Project Wizard, and this is where you start making your DVD photo album. Select a template and enter your project properties like a project name and output folder.

Step 2.

When the project is loaded into the workarea, the real stuff begins. Arrange images, text captions and other things the way you want, add your own text and decorations, use the colors of the college you attended.

On the menu bar, select Edit > Add > Plugin > Slide show

This allows you to drop the slideshow widget onto a cd menu page. Using the Slideshow dialog, you then add photos, select the slideshow mode (interactive, manual), choose a background, and select transitions between the slides.

Now preview the project to make sure everything looks exactly as you want. If it does not, go back to the Slideshow dialog and make necessary changes until you get what you want.

Also you can add a level of interactivity to the album by adding interactive events to objects. These events can be executed when the mouse is over the item, or when the user clicks on it.

Step 3.

The last but not least is burning your album to disk. This can be done right in the program. Once that's done, you have a stylish college photo album on CD. Have fun and be creative!
